Product Description
The Fisher Price Aquarium Bath Tub brings a comfortable bath time experience to both babies and parents in three stages of use: Newborn, Infant and Older Infant/Toddler. Each stage has a different washing position and use for the soft sling.
In Newborn Mode, hang the sling from both ends, providing a safe and comfortable platform for bathing even the youngest babies. The sling includes a head support for stability. In Infant Mode, the sling sits along the slope of the narrow end of the tub and provides support for infants that cannot hold themselves up. Additionally, the bump in the base of the tub provides a stop. In Toddler Mode, sitting babies can sit at the wider end of the tub, giving them more room. The sling provides added support along the back wall.
The Fisher-Price: ocean wonders Aquarium Bath Tub has soft cushions along the upper lip of the tub, giving parents a comfortable resting position for their arms and wrists. Tub comes with three aquarium-themed toys, including a pouring cup and a toy that sprinkles water.

| The sling attached as a hammock provides comfort for infants. |
For newborns, the sling is attached to both ends of the tub like a hammock. This creates a platform that comfortably cradles baby’s entire body and keeps them above the tub’s water level. For infants, the sling attaches to only the narrow end of the tub, providing trunk and neck support for those who can’t sit up by themselves yet. There is an included headrest for both the newborn and infant stages that provides additional support and comfort to baby
Finally, in the toddler position, the sling can be moved to the wide end of the tub or removed altogether, giving baby more room and offering back support for sitting upright.

Very Comfy Tub for a Newborn!!![]()
This was a gift for my son (3rd child). He loves it, it gives great support for a squirmy baby, and I LOVE the pillow head rest. The middle of the kids bathtub is raised for them to sit on in a reclined position, it works best when you release the foot end of the mesh hammock. It comes with 2 scoops, perfect for rinsing baby’s hair and chest and a soft plastic arched connector to attach the scoops to (or teethers and such) for baby to play with. Also good for attaching the scoops if you air your tub out standing up. My son is pretty big (15 lbs at 2 months) so I don’t think he’ll be able to use it for very long. The only flat part of the tub for sitting up and bathing is very small. There aren’t very many pics posted of babies sitting up in the tub, probably for that very reason. That would be my only complaint (-1 star), but he’s got siblings, so as soon as he sits up he’ll be bathing in the “big” tub with them anyway.
Pretty good bathtub![]()
I got this ocean wonders aquarium for my first daughter and have now used it for my second also and will be using it for my third. I only use it till the baby can sit up in the bath tub at about 7 months or so. The only thing I didn’t like about the sling part was when I put the baby in it, the seat part made a red mark on their backs. I fixed that by just putting a cloth diaper or hand towel on the seat part. All in all, a very good bath tub.
Love this fisher price bath!, ![]()
After trying 2 other tubs that were HORRIBLE, we tried this fisher price aquarium bath. Our daughter is 5 1/2 months old, and can sit up fairly well. She’s about 18 pounds and very long, so having enough space for her legs was an issue. We found that the other tubs we tried weren’t long enough, nor were they very comfortable. She ended up with red marks all over her legs and back from other tubs, but this one was wonderful! There’s enough room for her to sit up and splash and play, and there’s still room to grow. And it does NOT leak like the Safety 1st 4-in-1 bath station, which we also have. I cannot rate the newborn/infant side of the tub, since she’s already outgrown that stage, but the older baby side is definitely the best I’ve seen so far.
Great Bathtub for babies up to 9 months…,
I was given this ocean wonders aquarium fisher price bathtub for a baby shower gift, and I loved it. The sling worked great for the first couple months until my daughter was too heavy for it, and by then she was ready to move to the reclining slope. Later when she was able to sit unsupported on her own, I could turn her around to the larger side. She is now 10 months old, and although I am still using this tub (it’s been so convenient and easy on my back when place in our shower stall), it’s not really deep enough and she wants to climb out of it now that she’s discovered she can do that. She doesn’t seem ready to be in the regular bathtub just yet, so I’m now looking for something bigger and deeper that would be a good transition tub.
